pullet or roo? 10 weeks old

This our bantam from the bantam box at Southern States. I was thinking roo because of the pointed feathers but the comb is so little. Any thoughts?

How exciting! I just google red pyle old english bantam and....voila!!! there she is! Thanks so much! We were wondering what breed she was, but began to get sidetracked on boy or girl. Thanks so much for the info!
