Pullet or Roo Buff Orpington??

15 week old BO...pullet or roo? Developed comb and waddle earlier than her sister, but does not crow or seem at the top of the pecking order. Was sexed at hatchery. Thanks!
 
:welcome :frow It appears to be a cockerel. Most hatcheries have a 90% guarantee for sex so it's possible you can get a male. Also if you were sent any extra chicks they would likely be males. They are pretty good at sexing. It probably won't be long before it will start to try to crow. It will get better with practice. Good luck and have fun...

Here is a young cockerel a little bit younger that I use to raise. I can't find the picture I was looking for.

Looks cockerel to me. I am new to sexing though I have managed to guess my 3 cockerels correctly from a young age so I'm proud lol. Guessing is fun! He's a pretty bird:)
