This happened a couple hours ago so I have to say from memory. (the chick did not show any signs of illness or mites or anything or mareks)

I went into the chick coop to pick up one of them to inspect and everything for mites and stuff, and when I picked up the pullet its chirping and voice was a lot deeper, I don't pick up of hear the chicks chirp around me a lot so idk if its normal

Then I picked up the pullet and I felt my arm kinda wet, I thought it was water since I just filled up the waterers but the chicks voice was really deep, idk how to describe it but it sounded like RRRHG, kinda like strangling a toad or something I cant describe it then I immediately set down the chick and it was normal then I look at my arm and it was sticky, it was spit or some fluid

Its crop and everything were normal, the poop was normal and its worth mentioning the chick was terrified before I picked it up and could not get a good grip and I think I picked it up the wrong way and made it vomit some water or something. I have never had a chick or chicken get sick in my care and I inspect them all every day for disease since they are my pets and such, this chick just like all the others were perfectly fine, until it spat on me before making that weird chirping noise

It sounds like maybe it had a drink of water shortly before you grabbed it and picking it up made it regurgitate. Keep an eye on it but if it is acting fine I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe picking up the skittish ones every day to check for disease is overkill and does more harm than good. Just observe those that hate being picked up.
