Hey all!
I'm currently raising five chicks that are now 4 weeks old. :) I've been dedicated in taking pictures of them every single day (one of each) and posting them on my blog.

It's getting to the point where they are almost ready to go to their forever homes (I want to keep two), so I want to kind of have a heads up as to what is what! :) Any help would be great!!! I'll post the most recent picture of each of them, and you can go to My Blog to see the other pictures!

Chick 1 - Blue Laced Red Wyandotte

Chick 2. Lavender Orpington. Full tail feathers.

Chick 3. The only one with NO tail!

Chick 4. Full tail feathers as well.

Chick 5. This one is just smaller than the others, but has pretty full tail feathers. I actually had to help this chick out of the egg. :)

Thanks! :) As I said, check out my blog for more pictures, I didn't want to bombard this post with pictures!

Nothing is screaming roo, so I'd wait a couple more weeks on this one.

Chick 2. Lavender Orpington. Full tail feathers.

Looking roo with that comb

Chick 3. The only one with NO tail!

Comb is pronounced but isn't red. I'd wait on this one too.

Chick 4. Full tail feathers as well.

Roo with that comb

Pullet

Thanks! :) As I said, check out my blog for more pictures, I didn't want to bombard this post with pictures!

2, 3 and 4 are roosters. The others aren't showing obvious roo signs right now, but it's too early to say pullet for sure.

Not looking particularly cockerel-like, so I'm going to say pullet for now.

Chick 2. Lavender Orpington. Full tail feathers.
Cockerel. Too big/red a comb for a pullet of this age.

Chick 3. The only one with NO tail!
Probably a cockerel.

Chick 4. Full tail feathers as well.
Cockerel
