pullets or roos??

hi all
I have posted here before for the same 4 in question. Here are some updated photos. I seem to think it could possibly still be 2 and 2 if not 3 and 1 what do you think. They are about 12 weeks now.

12 weeks. So excuse my ignorance but what are the distinguishing factors Im fairly new to this and are having trouble sexing them. I thought they were all roos because to me they were just "roo looking" but someone said they thought 2 and 2 because the combs and wattles werent as developed- made sense but Im still not convinced. Perhaps once I know exactly what to look for I'll get it lol.

thicker legs, and dark red comming in on the wings on all of them = roos some roos get bigger combs wattels faster or slower than other roos of the same breed.
