I just got an EE maybe 6-8 weeks old and a white leghorn who is a couple weeks younger. Just wondering thoughts on gender. [IMG]

They are a bit young to tell at the moment, but it the chance of guessing is say the ee is a girl and the white leghorn a boy

The ee is looking like a pullet for the moment. The white one is not a leghorn (wrong leg color, leghorns have yellow legs) but with that much color to the comb and it's not even 2 months old yet, I'd guess it's gonna be a rooster.

White with pink legs would be? I am not familiar with leghorns. Thanks

I'm going to disagree and say you have 2 cockerels.

Im going to say 2 roos also. The red on the EE shoulder is usually on males, and the comb is large on the leghorn even though its a fast growing breed.

I was told the ee might be crossed with a white leghorn or white if some sort. Would that make a difference? The comb looks like one row I will have to get a picture.
She or he is so sweet. When I pet it it practically lays down. The feather coming in are rounded. I was hoping all that leaned towards pullet. Is it the red on the wing mainly?
