Pumpkin Seeds

I have MANY MANY pumpkin seeds from LAST years pumpkins that I dried and stored away in a cool dark place. I was going to grow them this year but just forgot.
Are they still safe for baking?




What else can I do besides salted seeds that is good?

They should be fine as long as they are clean and have no mold or fungus. Baking should kill any bacteria.
