Pumpkins!

I have never seen chickens go crazy like that

not even over oatmeal and yogurt!! I just opened the top like I was carving it and cleaned out the seeds (gave them to the goats

) and then sliced it like a cantaloupe. I placed them all over their run and they are in pecking heaven right now.


Our grocery store has the great big pumpkins on sale 3 for $1.00...you'd better believe I bought 9 LOL

Oh yes! My chickens love the pumpkins too! If you will leave the seeds in and add buttermilk, you have a natural wormer.
