puppy ears?

IMy puppy is now 12 weeks but his ears are still floppy, his mom was a shepardxlab and his dad was a pure husky, will he have ears that are up or floppy? I really want up ears but noithing I can do about floopy ears. he's 8 weeks in this picture

Looks like he had labrador ears, yep floppy ones. He is so cute though
