She ate half of it?!
Could you get a picture of the remaining puppy pad? However much she ate depends on if she will pass it. I don't think there is much you can do.

She’s acting fine right now. I don’t know what to expect in the next few days. I’m going to call my vet in the morning to see if I can get her in there.

Depends on how much she ate, she may be able to process and pass it on out. Really hard to know. 1/2 of a puppy pad is quite a lot.

She has grit and activated charcoal sprinkled on her food. I was shocked when I saw how much of it she ate.
