Purchased a Delaware hen think it might be a rooster!

I was told this was a Delaware hen, yesterday he or she was found on top of a brahma hen in a typical rooster fashion! Help please. She/ He is 10 months or less.

It definately looks like a rooster! It has feathers on it's neck like a rooster, in that drapy way. It has a big comb and long legs and a skinny build. If it walks around like it's a rooster and takes charge of the flock, then it is definately a rooster. :/

Yes a rooster but at 10 months, is he not crowing???
Sometimes hen do mount other hens as a dominance thing but your Delaware is for sure a rooster.

No crowing at all, And there's another rooster in the coop with no fighting at all. I will get better pictures.
