Purple Bubble next to beak!

My little girl Poshy is 20 weeks and I noticed on one side of her beak she has a purple bubble!

Does anyone have any ideas what this could be! If so what do I do! (I couldn’t get the camera to focus on the bubble, but hopefully you can see it!)

Does it look like a wound?
Maybe vetericyn would help, I have no idea what it could be. I personally would try some vetericyn to see if that helps, I'm not sure if that is good advice though.
