One of my girls has these purple colored parts on her wattle. Is something wrong? Should I be worried?

Could it be frostbite? Is she showing any signs of illness?

How long has she had it? Is it spreading? Are you having cold temperatures ?

Does she otherwise seem to be acting normal? I've always heard that combs/wattles turning purple is a sign of poor blood circulation.
