Daughter wiped puss from eye. Not sure what this is, but looking Mycoplasmosis?

CORYZA ? still doing research

the chicken is eating and drinking when food is put in front of it, otherwise the chicken is mostly sitting and not moving much.
Anyway any input would be helpful. rather it not spread in flock as I am planning to butcher some in about a month.
Thanks

Is there a bad odor? If so, then likely Infectious Coryza.

I agree, clean out the eye and remove the pus. Apply ointment. Do this a couple of times a day.

If you she has other symptoms, then an antibiotic may be needed.
Again, it's best to figure out what respiratory disease so you give the correct meds.

Infectious Coryza = Bad Odor, you want to use Sulfa Antibiotics to treat symptoms (Eyes still need cleaning daily).
Mycoplasma usually presents with bubbles in the eyes but could be pus. Usually no bad odor. Tylan/Tylosin, Tiamulin or Tetracyclines are used to treat symptoms.

Do keep in mind that meds treat symptoms and birds remain carriers.
