Put 9 chicken eggs in this monrning any one with me

I'm on round 2 trying it in a hova bator 2362n with fan. But this one is older and isnt rounder like the new ones. I have a problem though my hygrometer is saying it's at 70% but covered some of the trough with tinfoil but it did not drop any idea how to see if the hygrometer is actuate also what should the humidity be at how else can I drop the humidity. Also the fan shuts of when the heater does is that ok. I have ameracana buff orpingtuns leghorns and bared rock eggs in. I'm using a carton this time points down. Any else in with me on the hatch

I put 28 in my homemade Incubator last night, 19 RIRs and 9 EEs. We should be hatching at about the same time.
