Putting my chicks together

I have 10 New Hampshire reds that are 8weeks old that have been in the coop for 2 weeks and I just got 12 Rhode Island red that are 2 weeks old. I am wondering when I could put the RIR in the coop with the others??

Does anyone think I could put them together soon or should I wait awhile? This is my first year with chickens so it is all new to me. I got my first 10 when they were a week old and now they are 8 weeks so I think it is pretty cool. They grow so fast. That's why I got the other 12 and now I am not sure about when to put them together? Any help?
