quail abdomen bleeding

I only have 3 coturnix (1 male, 2 females) housed in a 7 squared ft indoors enclosure. One of my female coturnix has a large cut on her abdomen. I believe she got into a fight with my other female. There was a pool of blood on the ground when I first discovered it. It was weird because I think she is the more dominate female out of the two. She is always the more bossy one. It has been 3 days since then and she seems to be doing fine. She was happily bathing with the male when I gave them some sand yesterday. Her injury seems to be healing up nicely.
Are there anything else I should do or should I just leave them be?

You could put some ointment on the wound to keep out infection.

what kind should I use? I have polysporin is that on ok?

As long as it doesn't have any pain killer in the ointment, it's fine.
