It toes are curved up and everythink - the other 4 are all right it just this one :S

I had one hatch like that, and then the next day it was fine.......Maybe your little quail will work the kinks out on it's own.....

When that happened to me, it was because the incubator humidity was too low and they were sticking in their shells. After they'd been stuck in the egg too long, their toes came out bent. All of them more or less straightened out after a few days though.

Yup! It's an incubator humidity/heat thing....Let me guess....an LG, Right?
