We had some quail eggs given to us that were suppose to hatch 2 weeks ago, out them we got 1 quail, she was by herself for exactly 1 week when 6 more hatched out. We put a separator between her and the 6 because we weren't sure how she would react to them. After 2 days took the separator out as she was laying next to it and they were all piled up on the other side trying to lay with her. The next day 7 more popped out and we just put them in with the others. Peepers, as we call the big one, looked so funny laying there with her wings out and all these little fluff balls under her. These are now Peepers - 2 weeks, 13 are week old and today in the incubator were 6 more that weren't suppose to hatch until the 10th. We put them in there too. They all get along just fine so far. I will try to take a picture tonite.

Matt is happy to have some babies in the house to take care of. Thank goodness!!
