Quail chick health problem

Hello.
Hatched my fisrt quail chicks 3 days ago. There is a swollen balloon like formation on the right side of the neck on 1 chick, and just day before another one died, with the same kind of formation. Temperature is OK I guess (35°C = 95°F). Water and food available for them.

The sick one: is dizzy, like fever. Feeded some water with honey to her.

See the formation on the right elbow. What is it and what can I do abot it?

No idea. I think that if it is too weak, you shouldn't help it and just leave it because if it isn't strong enough to take care of itself, it probably won't survive + you can't take care of it constantly <-- not to be mean to the chick

No idea either. You could try some antibiotics. Maybe it's an infection?
