A few days ago I noticed my 3 week old Japanese quail acting lethargic. About 2 days later she is now unable to walk. She’s still eating, drinking, and pooping. But she hasn’t walked at all in 4 days. I originally thought this was curled toe paralysis, so I followed another forums advice and have been adding organic nutritional yeast flakes to her feed, it seems like her toes are regaining very little strength, but she is still nowhere near strong enough to walk. Is this a B2/B12 deficiency (curled toe paralysis) , marek’s disease or something else?? Please help

You need riboflavin B2, not B12, and you will find that in vitamin B complex tablets. Crush 1/4 tablet into food or water daily. You might try a chick chair to get her upright and eating: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/versions-of-chick-chairs-please.1166308/
