Quail choking and foam coming out of beak!!

I was feeding my quail from my hand and she started bobbing her head, she usually does this but it stops after a few seconds. Now shes been doing it for more than 10 minutes, and her throat is full of foam!!! She doesnt drink so I forced her to drink, but she spat it out. What should I do?? Please help!

I’d move this to the emergency section if I was you. If you add quail in the title like what you have know you should get help, and people won’t get confused.
