My quail are in my old layer house. I use the old brooder for both quail and chicken chicks. My juvenile chicken pens west side is 10' feet from the longest wall of the quail house. All of my older chicken structures are 15' and more away from the quail house. None of my quail have become sick from any illness the in the chickens. I had a couple of mosquito born illnesses break out in 3 of my chicken flocks and the quail did not get any of them. I do use ACV and OXINE AH in my water for all my birds.
