Quail Egg Recipes

I stumbled across this in a search for quail egg pictures (I picked up 14 Coturnix eggs yesterday - they're now in the 'bator - yay!) and was wondering if the different colors of Coturnix laid different colored eggs. I was trying to figure out if I have any A&M eggs, but guess I'll have to wait 'til they hatch

my A&M and pharoh eggs look the same light brown with dark brown spots. I do have one that lays a blue colored egg with brown spots but it is not constant which is weird
