I'm not certain but I'm about to come up to the same question. From what I've looked up, some people suggest holding them no longer than 7 days as fertility goes down after that. They can/should? be also stored in a specific temperature and humidity to prevent moisture loss and I think some people put plastic on them or something to further that?? Don't quote me on the plastic thing, could be dangerous for the eggs if done incorrectly I would think [IMG]

Ive kept quail eggs for 18 days and still had had some hatch. I store them in my bedroom that has an air conditioner. I keep it set at 68 degrees.
Also tried keeping them longer up to 22 days but with poor results.
