Quail feather sexing

I can’t seem to figure out the gender of my Quail. I know for sure the one with the dark mask is a male. He has obvious foam. None of the other Quail have foam. The unknown have a hatch date of March 2th. Wouldn’t they be laying by now? Wouldn’t they have foam if they were male? Help pleaseeee🙈🙈

I was told that they’re Italian. The obvious male has no specks at all. All the others do have speckles. Some have more than others.

number one is a girl, the second one (male) looks pretty beaten up. the thrid one is a male and the next one is a female. the group of three are all females and so are the last two

the third one looks more like a male than female. He's probably a boy

The second picture is the day after I purchased them. All the other photos I took 30 mins ago. He was hiding somewhere so I couldn’t get an updated photo of him. He did seem a lil ehh when I bought them. They were super crowded and he was one of the “extra males” the guy was selling. he is the head hancho of the group now 😂

Someone laid their first egg today!🙃 it has a lil dent/crack.. I put a dab of polish and stuck it in the incubator.. hoping it ends well!
