Hi, just hatched my first Quail! 19 so far out of 23! possibly one still to hatch.
But I have 2 with a foot deformity the 2 outside toes dont want to flatten out. Is there anything I can do? Ive taped a chickens foot before could i do that with the Quail? There sooo tiny!
Has anyone had any like this before? And treated successfully?

Yes, tape them just like chicken chicks. It is 'fun' because they are so tiny. It only generally takes 24 hours to fix, then you can take off the tape. :thumbsup

That should work. We've used plasters or medical tape before without problems. I think we've even used duct tape.

It should be Italian coloured. Aren't they adorable?! I hatch Button quail as well but these guys are my favourites. They are so fluffy and docile.
