Hello what are the stages in a quail egg look like
Welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join our flock. I'm a chicken person and don't know much about quail (never had any), but if you post on our quail section at https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/48/quail or on our Incubating and Hatching Eggs section at https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/5/incubating-hatching-eggs, I'm sure that one of our experts there can help you. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your quail hatch.
I don't think anyone has done a series of candling photos on quail eggs yet.
Welcome to BYC! Quail eggs are very difficult to candle, unfortunately. I found this development chart that shows the embryo development of bobwhite quail:

Welcome to BYC!!
There are a couple videos on youtube showing how to candle quail eggs etc. There are also a ton of pics. Just do a search on google for "candling quail eggs" lots of stuff comes up.
Welcome to BYC! We're glad to have you.
Sumi has given you a good link.
