Quail incubation temp

I made a homemade incubator and if the temperature goes from 95f to 102f is it okay? If it's at 102f is it okay?

Does it have a fan in it to circulate air?.

The temp swing are a little on the wide side. But are not enough to totally destroy the eggs.

If there is no fan you want the temp to be about 102 taken at the top of the eggs.

It doesn't have any fan. So if it's at 102 it's okay?
