Quail pulling out own feathers

    4 weeks old almost and some are pulling at there own feathers. don't know if it's normal or not but some seem to be pulling out big ones I'm just not sure what to do here any advice?

    Do you actually see them do it? And where are the feathers locate son their bodies that they're pulling?

    I do see some of them do it maybe under wings or could have been a breast feather but usally they have there necks turn backwards. That's why I posted cause one seemed to pull out a decent size feather all other feathers I've seen were small.

    When mine are four weeks old they don't have a lot of feathers under their wings. How big is their cage and how many birds? What do you feed them?

    Was on the game bird feed there pen us pretty big 15 square feet 11 birds the pic I showed you is there little nesting box . Your right there not alot under wings they actally seem to be messing with there back I just check on this this am there sleeping seems like there gonna be fine. I have fed them the proper protein game bird feed from my local co op. I was doing some reading last night and am taking steps towards making there pen a little more natural envorment for them. Thanks for help any suggestions on what this could be?
