i am thinking of building an incubator. But i have a few questions. I have read of people having things in their incubator so they can rotate their eggs. Is this a requirement? And if so how often do the eggs need to be rotated? [IMG]

Quote:wow i looked at you design. I looked at the pics. So you just pick the egg up and turn it on its other side correct?

Some folks lay the eggs on their sides and mark one side with an X and the other with and O. Mine are in a tilted egg carton. I flip it back and forth to turn them all at once.

I sized my cabinet to easily accomodate the turners you can buy at TSC & elsewhere for around $40:
