Question About Chick Feed

So I was using Purina Start And Grow Un-medicated feed.
But I ran out, but my brother came home with a huge bag of Earth First Chick Starter/grower.

I am wondering if Earth First Chick Starter is a good choice? The feed itself is way tinier then Purina, and I haven't heard of it till today.
I'll add a link of the website, since the bag itself doesn't really list ingredients.

Is it a crumble or a mash?
