Question about meat birds

    If you hen or roo has broncitis or mareks or some other disease. Do you just throw them away after you decide to cull them. Can you eat the meat with some problems? I just don't understand if a bird is be exposed but not showing any signs and you didn't know how can you tell they have be exposed.

    This might not seems like a good question but I am so new to this in some ways it is just taking me over.
