Question about posting?

I am wanting to post in the for sale threads. I have 23 posts and I am 20 years old. I am still not able to post there.

Can anyone help me?

I have heard you only need 20 posts to post in the buying and selling section. I have also heard that IE, internet explorer, does not play well with this section and you can try using Firefox or Chrome.
