Does anyone know if you can hatch white silkie bantams if your hen is a black silkie and your roo is a blue silkie?

I dont think there is a chance of white at all actually. The offspring will probably be dark blue/black.

Not unless there are hidden recessive white genes in the chickens

Quote:Which is pretty unlikely though! Even if there was the chances of the offspring being white are VERY low.

    Black X Blue = 50% blue, 50% black
