question about silkie looks

Eventually I would like to get some silkies. Not ready for them just yet. I've noticed in pics some silkies have the really poofy feathers on the head & others don't. Is it different breeds? When I'm ready to buy some how do I know if I'm going to get the poofy heads or not? TIA

no they aren't different it is the angle of the picture or they just have less fluffy heads, you will probably get poofy headed chicks, there are some that don't have a really large poof but that could be that they were trimmed, or they weren't full silkie.
