Question about swollen thigh.

One of my peachicks has a swollen "thigh" area. It is swollen underneath its wing and makes his wing stick out. He does have a little limp but he is always walking and playing with the others. I felt that area and it was kind of squishy. Anybody know what this might be or what could have caused it?

I have seen this in chickens and chicks.
Sounds like a ruptured air sack, i would just keep an eye on it, it should go down on it's own at least always has.
