Question, dealing with pasty bums...

Can you use Baby Wipes and Baby Oil on pasty bum chicks? Just thinking they are very mild and gentle. Hate to get the little guys soaked and sometimes the crusty stuff can really be hard.
Just wondering, I'm off to Walmart for more "baby" supplies <g>

I've had this issue for also. all I do is use warm water on Q-tips works great, soft and just the right size for small bums

I thought I was really keeping a close eye on them, but at noon everyone looked clean and by 3 this one had a quite hard crust on her teeny little bum. I soaked and soaked with damp paper towel and then used those really fat q-tips soaked in warm water, finally got all if it, but I was feeling pretty sorry for that baby girl by the time she was clean.
Poor sore widdle bum!!!

I dont even rub just wipe gently with a wet small reg Q-tip. Some sites tell you to pull it off, but that some times can make them bleed alittle. This is the first time I've had quite a bit of them with pasty butt. but it happens they will be fine (oh i used the paper towel before and it seems to take longer)
