Usually try for set times but life gets in the way sometimes. I just go with the flow

No I eat when I need to.
I cook for my kid and he's on a pretty consistent schedule.

Relatively speaking - adjusted somewhat by schedule and hunger level.

Usually just dinner, and it's "between 5-6, ish". The other meals float depending on what I've got going on and who's home to eat them.

When I'm hungry, or I can feel my blood sugar crashing.
