What is being done to the rice to make it into rice crispy cereal??

Maybe about once or twice a month. Don't eat that much rice.

We eat BROWN rice, it's a complex carb, unlike white rice. Very tasty. Several times a month. Good stuff!

One or twice a week. I was told to stop that because rice is fattening...I am thinking poor little grains got blame for the something that that yummy chocolate brownie did.

More often than I want to in the cafeteria… you have to grab something to fill in the corners if you don’t want the weird side dish…
