Question on eye on chicken

Hello I need to help my chicken left eye she barely had this today what is it and should I isolate her away from the flock and what can I do to help this problem

General care would be to flush the eye with saline and apply an eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye. You can use Original Neosporin if you are unable to source the Terramycin.

Could be conjunctivitis, a peck to the eye or from debris in the eye. I see evidence of broken/picked feathers around her eyes, ears, beak. If would be hard to know exactly.
Also would be a good idea to check inside her ears for infection or mites. Look her over well for lice/mites too.
