I have a Barred Rock that I would like to show. However, some of her feathers look like this:

Focus on the separated part, not the color LOL

Does that hurt her rank in the show?

Good grief, I have no idea if that will hurt your chance or not, but what the heck kind of camera are you using there!? It obviously takes EXCELLENT photos!! And sorry I'm intruding with no knowledge, I just had to know about the camera! Lol.

the feathers are just broken it shouldnt hurt your chances too terribly bad if the BR is up to par but most judges take in quality into a count but if you wait until after a molt the feathers shouldnt look like that and she should look much better a bunch of mine have broken feathers but its just b/c i dont keep them up very well while im not in "show" mode!!! but if like i said you wait until after a molt to take her to a show then she should do fine
