Hi everybody. I have a bit of a problem. I purchased a beautiful golden polish rooster last Fall. I wintered my chickens over with some rouen ducks in the same house (bad). The rouens were aggressive and mean and it got worse toward Spring. The ducks picked out my poor little rooster's wiggy afro feathers. I got rid of the rouens mid Spring but my poor rooster is still going around half bald and homely. I did a bit of research but haven't really come up with anything. Is there anyway to get his beautiful roo "do" back?
