question to the mods

    I have a question. I notice a lot of threads get shut down once the "P" word gets mentioned. If I used a term like organizationalist ( I know it's not a real word [​IMG] ) would that be against the rules? ie "that comment seems very organizationalist" .This isn't a joke, just an honest question. Is it the word itself or the categorization of the word
