Question...What's up with their heads??

    Hello, I'm new to chickens. I have 4 - 19 week old Isa Brown's. I have noticed some possible feather loss on a couple of their heads. Is this molt if not is it normal?? Thanks in advance for helping out this rookie [​IMG][​IMG]

    Do ypu have a rooster? Mine look that way after the rooster has been mating with them. He hold them by the head with his beak. Sometimes their combs will tilt to the side too.

    It looks like some feathers coming in, it's probably their last baby molt at that age, otherwise make sure they aren't feather pecking, each other.

    I haven't noticed any feather picking while I'm out with them anyways. They seem fine so I was thinking they were molting. Still waiting on them to give me some eggs! [​IMG]
