    Actually, it's called "Culling the Flock"
    In the animal kingdom, males are generally less valuable than females.
    so... cull away.

    We call it "going to freezer camp".. here all extra roos go to freezer camp.... doesn't matter if it's a bantam or a standard egg laying variety..
