I have a broody hen (second one this month [IMG]). If I collect 10 eggs throughout the week and keep them in a egg carton until I have the dersired number, would they be alright to put under a broody hen after a week of no incubation in an air conditioned house?

They'll be fine, I would tilt the carton at least once a day though

Store them with the big end up!

    Good luck!

Put something under it to tip it and tilt the opposite side every day. That way the yolk doesn't settle in the same spot the whole time.
