You should really try this recipe -esp ifyou like me have too many eggs. It does have the cumin taste, but it you like it I'll give you the recipe. Yumm!
I used quail eggs for mine and my moms recipe and silkie eggs for my husbands( he doesn't eat quail eggs - I'm starting to think only woman eat quail eggs).
So good!
