Hi all. My dear old dad went out and bought 2 pair of Hungarian Partridge Friday without a decent place to put them. They are currently living in yellow shipping crates.
Does anyone have a design I can slap together quickly so the poor birds can spread their wings a bit? He plans on reno-ing an old rabbit cage, but from what I've read they need to get to the ground to dig their nests. I'd rather build one thing to last than one for every season. My building skills are not that great, but I know/can figure out most basic tools. We have a chop saw and most sorts of tools around here or there.
