Hi. My BO has a pale comb. She's acting/eating/drinking/pooping completely fine. It's mid 90s here. Could this be heat related?

    Can you post some photos?
You have hot weather, likely that's the cause of the pale comb.
Get a fecal float to confirm worms.

Check her for lice and or mites too.
    Is she laying eggs?

Every day. Lemme get a pic. And I have a fecal test kit I can send tomorrow.

ETA: I will check for lice tonight.

I'm thinking it's heat related because the temps are in the upper 70s now and no one is panting. Her color is a lil better, too. I will add electrolytes tomorrow, but I'll still do the worm test. Might as well to err on the side of caution.

Not the best pic (crappy phone), but you can see my BPR in the background for comparison.

On a side note, isn't my Poppy pretty? Her feathers are super shiny. This pic does NOT do her justice...

She sure is a pretty girl!
Not sure but 70s doesn't sound very hot for chickens. Mine only start panting when it's over 85°. It's been in the high 90s with 90% humidity (105-115° real feel/heat index) and none of mine have lost color in their combs. They have slowed down on eggs but that's to be expected in this heat.
I hope she gets her color back !

    O.k. she's laying every day! It's hot.
Take note of her in the morning, I bet she will be a bit brighter (pinker/redder). Look at her AFTER she lays her egg, she will be paler.
